Before you can add a charging card to your account, you must first register on the My Pluginvest platform. If you have not yet done so, first see how to create an account on the My Pluginvest platform.

For private individuals

1. Log in to the MyPluginvest platform with your username and password
2. Click on 'Maps' in the menu on the left
3. Add your charging card ID ( BE-PLUG-XXXXX-0) and don't forget to save.
4. Send an email to operations@pluginvest.eu with your charging card ID
